CONDITIONS:
• Maximum 4 persons per room.
• All rates include breakfast.
RESERVATION POLICY:
• Reservations must be made in writing via fax or e-mail.
• Individual reservations must be pre-paid in their totality at least 15 days before arrival date.
• Group reservations (6 rooms or more) require a 50% deposit, 30 days before arrival date. The remaining 50% should be paid 15 days before arrival date of the group.
• If you need to change your reservation date and there is no space available, the hotel will not be responsible for any inconvenience you may have. The hotel will honor the services previously arranged for.
• Check-in 2:00 p.m. /Check-out 12:00 p.m.
CANCELLATION AND REIMBURSEMENT POLICY:
All cancellations must be made via fax or e-mail and will be subject to the following penalties:
• 22 days before arrival 100% reimbursement
• 22 to 5 days before arrival 50% reimbursement
• Less than 5 days before arrival no reimbursement
• Exceptions: if the hotel is able to sell the cancelled rooms, the client will receive a 50% reimbursement. |
PRE-PAYMENT:
• All individual reservations made for the dates of 20 December 2007 to 6 January 2008 (FIT) must be 100%pre paid by 1 November 2007.
• All group reservations made for the dates of 20 December 2007 to 6 January 2008 must be 50% pre paid by 15 September 2007 and the remaining 50% by 15 November 2007.
• All individual (FITS) or group reservations made for Holy Week (16 to 23 March 2008) should be pre-paid 30 days before arrival date.
• All individual reservations (FITS) must be pre-paid 30 days before arrival date. If paid in cash 100% must be cancelled. If paid by check, only local checks will be accepted, otherwise these reservations will automatically be put on a waiting list.
• All groups must pre-pay 50% 45 days prior to arrival date and the remaining 50% 15 days before arrival date, otherwise these reservations will automatically be put on a waiting list.
• Foreign checks will not be accepted, the deposit will not be acknowledged.
• Please send the payment voucher by fax.
MEALS:
Lunch: fast food (sandwiches, hamburgers, fries, etc.)
Dinner: US$15.00 (net) includes entree, main dish and accompaniment, dessert, natural or soft drink.
Prices + 23% tax
Other meals upon request (especially for groups) BarBQ etc.
CHILDREN POLICY:
Children under 5 years are courtesy of the hotel. Their meals will be charged.
Children 6 years and older pay as an additional person.
